The First White Wine Tasting: Video 7 from the FoVA Wine Tasting Event at the Niagara Falls Hilton

Lauren Pibworth of Pibworth Professional Services, introduces the wine tasting group to a Pinot Grigio from Pelee Island Winery. She provided the wine education as part of the festivities during the Forum on Virtual Assistance, held in Niagara Falls June 3-7, 2009. Lauren discusses pairing food with white wine and how it changes the taste of wine when eating.

Lauren Pibworth is a Virtual Assistant specializing in business facilitation and marketing for Speakers, Trainers and other Road Warriors. She draws on eight years of successful business management in the Ontario wine industry with more than 10 years in the financial and advertising industries to build a strong VA brand that is growing at an exponential rate. Although she has not worked in the industry for several years and is no longer an accredited sommelier, Lauren’s passion for the Ontario wine industry has not diminished and she shares her insights and strong product knowledge with a casual delivery that allows participants of all levels to learn and enjoy the art of flavor matching without the pretense.
